Panel1: 4-3/4 x 3-1/2 + border 5-1/8 x 3-7/8: attach to card base
Panel2: 3-5/8 x 2-3/8 + border 4 x 2-3/4: attach to Panel1

For the circle flowers, use paperboard circle punch out as a template
for tearing the white center paper. Place the white center paper over the template and gently tear around the circle. Repeat. Layer torn paper
circles. Add your favorite leaf punch or die cut. Pinch the leaf tips and
add a few sticky dots to the center to create a precious mixed media
looking flower embellishment for your projects.
Twinkle Tip✧
Consider 3/8 borders on your panels for just-right framing of your designs

№ 3. Elegant Borders✧
https://stampyandscrappy.blogspot.com
Finished card is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2
What you’ll need
Stamp: All-purpose sentiment; here I used “Merry Christmas”
Paper: [cardstock] Navy [design papers] One Horse Open Sleigh 162118
Ink: Real Red
Et cetera: [punches] Bough 157711; Double Oval 154242 [dies] Elegant Borders 161593
[embellishments] silicone craft sheet 127853; glitter brush 141897
Surplus❀ small water bottle, tape
Color Coordination: cardstock and papers
white, Real Red, Early Espresso, Night of Navy, Mossy Meadow
Measurements and instructions
Card blank: 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 (navy)
Design paper: 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 (design paper)
Coordinating card stock: 2 x 6 (Additional piece of navy cardstock)
White cardstock for sentiment and boughs
Create card blank by scoring your 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 card stock in half at
4-1/4 and folding on the left side.
Attach design paper to cover the front of card.
Attach border die cut to the left side of card front. Take care to match the edges as tightly as possible, creating the illusion that the card base and elegant border are one.
For the boughs, add ink color(s) of your choice to craft mat. Add a small spritz of water. Use glitter brush (without squeezing the brush) to paint the boughs quickly and randomly. Let dry a bit. If using more than one color, let dry between coats. Here I used blue and green ink colors. Once dry, use either the front or back of the bough, whichever you love the most! Tape to card front, over the elegant border. Stamp sentiment and punch out with oval punch. Attach sentiment with foam dimensionals, concealing the tape.
Twinkle Tip✧
Don’t forget to use your border dies! They are a hassle-free way to add elegance to clean and simple designs.
